At this level, development becomes much more focused and personalized as players begin to build off of existing habits and prepare for the next level. Each player's limiting factors are identified so we can target them directly and help players transfer their training into game performance. At this age players learn how to work effectively on their own and develop a love for the process.

We focus on building adaptable skills that hold up under high stress and pressure so players are ready for whatever the game throws at them.

All our memberships give access to 60-minute individual sessions as well as all 60-minute group sessions. High school players can also access all open gym times to shoot or play pickup.

NOTE: At this time, group sessions for this level are highly limited and are organized around player needs and availability. Pricing currently reflects this.
