7th Grade-High School

At this level, development becomes much more focused and personalized as players begin to build off of existing habits and prepare for the next level. Each player's limiting factors are identified so we can target them directly and help players transfer their training into game performance. At this age players learn how to work effectively on their own and develop a love for the process. We focus on building adaptable skills that hold up under high stress and pressure so players are ready for whatever the game throws at them. All our memberships give access to:

• 60-minute individual sessions

• 60-minute group sessions (when available)
• Open Gym Sessions for shooting or pickup (High School Players Only) NOTE: At this time, group sessions for this level are highly limited and are organized around player needs and availability. Pricing currently reflects this. In the event pricing goes up players will be grandfathered in at the old rate.
